Community Sponsors Application

The following application has been given to you because the organization/company you represent has been identified as a community sponsor or community partner of Infant Swimming Resource, LLC. by an instructor or parent. ISR prides itself on corporate reciprocity. We know that as proponents of our program, you directly impact the number of children who will be safer in and around the water. In an attempt to be a good steward of that support, ISR desires to recognize organizations/companies like yours. Pursuant to that desire ISR is devoting a page of it’s nationally recognized website to show the logos and names of our supporters. The www.infantswim.com website receives over 1.5 million hits per year. Please take a moment to fill out the application such that we can become more familiar with your organization/company.
