Welcome to the Frequently Asked Questions section. Here we've tried to provide answers to our most common questions. If you don't find the answer here please feel free to contact us or your instructor for more information.

How do I register my child for ISR lessons?

First you must visit our website at www.infantswim.com and enter your zip code in the instructor locator to find an instructor in your area. Please contact this instructor and they will supply you with the link to their registration console. Once you receive this please take the following steps to register your child.

Please make sure you have one of the following compatible browsers:
IE Versions 6 and 7 (Windows Only)
FireFox Versions 1.5 or better (Mac/Windows)
Safari Version 2.0 or better (Mac)
Opera 9.+ or better (windows/Mac)

• Please use the link that your instructor gave you.
• Once you click on the link or copy and paste it into your web browser you will be taken to your instructors Online Registration console.
• Please read through all the directions on first page and then click the CREATE AN ACCOUNT button at the bottom.
• You will be taken to the Create a Login page. Please write down the email address and password that you use as you will need to keep this information for further access to your account.
• Please follow all the registration steps until you have made the final payment.

If for some reason you have to stop during the middle of registration or you are disconnected, your information is automatically saved in the system. Just use your same login information that you wrote down and you will be taken right where you left off in the registration process.

How do I sign up for a update/refresher lesson for my child?

• Please use the unique URL for Online Registrations provided by your instructor.
• Use your email login and password. If you have forgotten or changed your login email please use the "RESET" link found on the login page. Do not create a new registration account as you will not be able to sign up for refresher lessons this way.
• Once you log into the console you will see your childs name and a REFRESHER link right next to their name. Please use this link to register your child for an refresher course.

 

What if I originally registered my child by paper?

Since you originally signed up before our online registration system was implemented simply follow these directions:

• Use the URL that your instructor gave you for online registration.
• Once there read through the text and then click the bottom right button CREATE AN ACCOUNT
• Once you enter your email and password you want for the new account click CREATE LOGIN to move to the next step.
• Now you will be in the registration console. The second button says REFRESHER COURSE. Click this button.
• Now you will enter your childs first name, last name, and birth date.
• Once submitted it should pull your childs info summary up to verify it is the correct child. Once verified you can move to the next step which is updating your childs information to complete the registration process.

***Please do NOT use the START A NEW REGISTRATION button as your child is not a new student, they are returning.

 

What if I accidentally started a new registration instead of an refresher registration?

On the right side of the Online Registration console you will see a link that says CANCEL. This will allow you to cancel your new registration so you can register for a Refresher using the procedure found above.

How to reset my online registration password?

Please use the unique URL that your instructor provided you for Online Registrations. Click the LOGIN TO MY ACCOUNT button. There you will find a link above where you enter your email address that says RESET. Use that link to reset your password.

How do I print the forms for my child to start lessons?

To get a new copy of the registration form is very easy. Just go to the online registration site using the URL link your instructor provided you. Then login and you will be taken to the main screen. (If for some reason you are taken directly into a registration that means you started one previously and you simply need to use the "Cancel link" on the right hand side). Once you are on the main screen you will see your child's name listed with a "Print/View Registration" link next to their name. Use this link to view and then print your registration pdf.

What do I do if I lost the link to Online Registration?

Please ask your instructor to resend you the link.

How do I find an instructor in my area? I entered my zip code and no instructor information came up.

Visit our website www.infantswim.com and enter your zip code. The name and contact information for the instructor for your area will come up. If no names come up you can expand your search by typing in a larger radius. If no instructors name or information comes up then ISR does not have an instructor for your area. If there are no instructors in your area you may put your name on the ISR National Waiting List
