Lauren has been FANTASTIC! Our 13m old son went from crying everyday as we entered the facility to laughing and kissing Ms. Lauren in the pool between his time floating. He has learned so much and we are blown away by the skills he has developed. Ms. Lauren has been patient, loving, kind and so amazing and we are SO grateful for her and for ISR!

We love Kristi Kowalik! She is creative and attentive to each individual child's needs. She has worked with both of our kids who have presented her with different challenges, and I appreciate her communication with us on how we can assist with progressing each child's skills. Emily is amazing!! Both my children take lessons with her and we will continue to schedule with her every summer for as long as we can. She not only teaches the kids how to swim, but also if you have more than one child, what the older child should do if their sibling were to fall into a pool.
