She is very comforting to my 1 year old who cries the whole lesson through. Despite his loudness she talks to him calmly, comforts him, and shows patience with teaching him. She’s picked up on what’s important to our daughter and given her a sense of feeling control in a very vulnerable setting while learning this new skill.
