She is also responsive and communicative regarding needs of the facility itself in their providing of a safe and effective space for the lessons, and we are so grateful for that, also.

Lauren U is the most knowledgable, kind, professional ISR instructor I have ever met. She came highly recommended and I could not be happier that we got to work with her. My son learned so much and Lauren made sure that as the parent, I did as well. She explained the lessons to me so I knew what would be going on. She was able to keep my son calm and engaged with what she was teaching. I love that she had each parent do a lesson in the pool with her so we could safely learn to swim with our new little swimmer as well and how to keep him learning with us at home. It was a wonderful experience and I look forward to working with her in the future.

Valentina is such a confident swimmer since she has started ISR as a 6 month old. She is now 16 months and is learning to swim float swim. She's definitely understanding how to do this and I am so excited for her to accomplish this skill. She goes in the ocean with me no problem so the beach is fun for both of us. And she likes to challenge herself in the pool with me. I'm very happy I found this program. Our instructor has built trust with my daughter, so she's getting less fussy at her lessons. Ana D
