Karen B is the best. She was so great with my daughter and earned her trust before challenging her. She cared for her safety while also making sure she was learning. I plan on taking all my kids to swim with Karen in the future because she’s just that good. I can’t thank her enough for giving us the confidence this summer.

Our almost-4-year-old was very scared the first two days, and his instructor Mark L was both patient yet consistent with expectations for him. The third day, our son had no issues and really seemed to trust Mark. Since then, our son loves going to swim and is so proud of himself when he attains a new skill! It is so wonderful as a parent to see his confidence grow and see him working in the water with Coach Mark.
