Krystle J has been amazing. I have my 9 month old and 3 year old in lessons and I was very concerned about my 3 year old being defiant or pushing back but Krystle has warmed her right up. She makes such an effort to make sure the kids trust her and feel safe, confident and secure in her hands. I can’t tell you how much that helps ease me as a parent watching. Deva F was amazing again this summer. She always answers any and all questions. My daughter loves her!! Deva did such a wonderful job teaching. She always gives me a ‘summary’ that I love at the end of each lesson, like this is what we did..we are still working on…or I would like to see more of…. Communication is great! The ISR process requires a lot of precise communication and instruction with the parents, and Megan has been very organized and thorough with her communication.
